Cary McDermott, M.D.
My family moved to Las Vegas in 1969 and my father was a nurse anesthetist, who also did OB Anesthesia. I completed my undergraduate training at the University of Arizona and returned to attend University of Nevada School of Medicine In Reno. I received my Anesthesiology training in California and did extra training in Obstetrical Anesthesia. Afterwards, I came straight back to Las Vegas to join the best group in town and have been specializing as an Obstetrical Anesthesiologist for the last twenty years.
Areas of Clinical Interest
I try to make each mother’s labor experience unique and use the latest low impact anesthesia techniques for labor epidurals and cesarean sections.
